Richard Anderson
Richard H. Anderson became Chief Executive Officer of Delta Air
Lines, effective Sept. 1, 2007.
Richard has nearly 20 years of aviation experience. He entered the
industry in 1987 at Continental Airlines, where he served as staff vice
president and deputy general counsel. In 1990, he began a 14-year career
at Northwest Airlines where he served as vice president and deputy
general counsel; senior vice president of Technical Operations and
Airport Affairs; executive vice president and chief operating officer;
and as chief executive officer from 2001 to 2004.
Richard joined Delta from UnitedHealth Group, where he was executive
vice president and served as president of UnitedHealth’s Commercial
Markets Group. He also serves as a director of Cargill Inc. and
Medtronic Inc.
A native of Galveston, Texas, Richard holds a bachelor’s degree
from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor degree from South
Texas College of Law.

Edward Bastian
Edward Bastian is president and chief financial
officer for Delta Air Lines. As president, Ed and his team oversee and
coordinate the company’s strategy from network planning and revenue
management to sales, marketing and business development.
Prior to his appointment as president, Ed served as executive vice
president and chief financial officer, roles that he held starting in
2005.
Ed joined Delta in 1998 as vice president of Finance and controller
and was promoted to senior vice president in 2000. In that role, he had
responsibility for the divisional finance organizations, financial
planning and analysis, financial reporting and the company's profit
improvement initiatives. He left Delta in early 2005 to become senior
vice president and chief financial officer of Acuity Brands. He returned
to Delta in July 2005.
A 1979 graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a bachelor's
degree in business administration, Bastian serves on the Board of
Directors of Habitat for Humanity International and the Woodruff Arts
Center in Atlanta.

Mike Campbell
Mike
H. Campbell is executive vice president - Human Resources and Labor
Relations. Michael is a nationally recognized expert in employment
and labor matters and joined Delta from the Atlanta-based law firm Ford
& Harrison LLP, where he was a founding partner.
In addition to providing labor counsel to Fortune 500 companies for
25 years, Mike's career also includes a stint in a similar capacity at
Continental Airlines where, for six of his eight years there, Fortune
Magazine selected the company among the -100 Best Places to Work. During
his career, Mike has been known for promoting an inclusive, diverse and
respectful culture where employees across all workgroups, together with
management, are engaged and collaborating in initiatives that are
rewarding for both the company and its people.
Mike graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Richmond in 1971
and received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1974. He
is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Steve E. Gorman
Steve
E. Gorman is executive vice president–Operations, as of Dec. 1, 2007.
He is responsible for Flight Operations, Technical Operations,
Operations Control Center, Safety, Security, Airport Customer Service
and Delta Global Services.
Steve joins Delta from Greyhound Lines, Inc., where he served as
chief executive officer and spearheaded their four-year financial
turnaround.. Prior to that, he served as president of North America
division for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. and executive vice president of
Flight Operations and Technical Operations at Northwest Airlines. Steve
also served as chairman of the Board of Directors for Pinnacle Airlines
Inc. from 2003 to 2007 and as a member of the Board of Directors for
both Rohn Industries Inc., from 2000 to 2003 and TIMCO Aviation Services
Inc. from 2001 to 2004.
Steve has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Eureka College and
an MBA from Bradley University

Glen W. Hauenstein
Glen
W. Hauenstein is executive vice president and chief of Network and
Revenue Management. He joined Delta in August 2005. The 20-year
veteran of the airline industry was previously vice general director for
Alitalia, serving in the dual role of chief commercial officer as well
as chief operating officer.
Under Glen's leadership, Alitalia's revenues grew by almost 20
percent while the aircraft fleet was reduced by more than 10 percent.
This dramatic rise in revenue in conjunction with significantly
increased asset utilization has been the lynchpin of Alitalia's
recapitalization plan. In his role as chief commercial officer, he
led a major restructuring of Alitalia's route network, which improved
schedule connectivity by more than 50 percent. As chief operating
officer, Glen and his team were responsible for one of the most
impressive operational turnarounds in modern aviation. Prior to
joining Alitalia in 2003, Glen was senior vice president, Network
for Continental Airlines, where he was responsible for planning and
execution of the airline's schedule, fleet, pricing and revenue
management strategies. Glen joined Continental in 1987 as
international controller.

Kenneth Khoury
Kenneth Khoury joined Delta as executive vice
president and general counsel in September 2006. Kenneth was most
recently general counsel at Weyerhaeuser Company and brings nearly 30
years of legal expertise to Delta. He worked for 15 years at
Georgia-Pacific Corporation, including vice president and deputy general
counsel. Kenneth has also served in senior leadership roles at
Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc. and The Continental Corporation, a financial
services company, with responsibility for corporate and securities law.
Kenneth graduated with honors from Rutgers College in 1972 and
earned his law degree from Fordham University in 1977, where he
graduated in the top 10 percent of his class.
He is a frequent speaker on legal issues and a member of the bar in
the states of Georgia, New York and New Jersey

Lee Macenczak
Lee Macenczak is executive vice
president Sales and Marketing. In his role, he leads a team of
employees from six work areas, including Sales and Distribution,
SkyMiles, delta.com, Delta Cargo, In-Flight Service, and Reservation
Sales.
Lee is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in
customer service at Delta and in the aviation industry. Joining
Delta in 1985, he held numerous leadership positions within the company,
specifically in Information Technologies, Cargo Marketing, Agency Sales,
and Distribution Planning. He has also served as Delta's vice
president Customer Service and vice president Reservation Sales.
He has served as senior vice president Sales and Distribution, where he
held global responsibility for all of Delta's sales channels, including
Reservation Sales, city ticket offices, online, agency, corporate and
segmented sales.
A native of Atlanta, Ga., Macenczak is a graduate of Georgia State
University and holds a degree in management.

Shirley Bridges
Shirley Bridges is senior vice president
and chief information officer for Delta
Most recently, Shirley served as the chief operating officer of Delta
Technology. Previously, she served as vice president of Airline
Operations. Shirley has more than 30 years of project management
and information technology experience. She joined Delta's
Information Technology department in 1990 as senior project manager.
During her time with Delta and Delta Technology, she has served as
director Finance Systems, and director ERP Systems and Large Systems
Engineering. Prior to joining Delta Technology, she held positions
with Bridgehaus Inc. and Norfolk Southern Railroad.
Shirley received her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Clark
Atlanta University and holds a master's certificate in project
management from George Washington University.

Beth Johnston
Beth Johnston is senior vice president
Human Resources. Beth leads the Human Resources activities at
Delta including compensation, benefits and services, employment,
staffing, recruitment, diversity, equal opportunity and compliance,
organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
A 30-year Delta veteran, Beth has held leadership positions
throughout the company in Information Technology, In-Flight Service,
Flight Operations, Corporate Services, Finance, Corporate Planning and
Airport Customer Service - most recently serving as vice president -
Human Resources. Additionally, she has led field HR organizations
supporting Delta's Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing
divisions.
A native of Sylvester, Ga., she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics from the University of Georgia, and her MBA in Industrial
Relations from Georgia State University.

Joanne Smith
Joanne
Smith is senior vice president In-Flight Service and Global Product
Development for Delta Air Lines.
In this position, Joanne leads more than 11,000 flight attendants,
supervisory and administrative personnel worldwide. She is also
responsible for integrating the personalized service of Delta’s flight
attendants with a global product strategy that truly differentiates the
airline from its competitors, as well as overseeing the airline’s
onboard services operations, including 100 global catering kitchens
across the world.
Joanne previously served as vice president Marketing with
responsibility for the airline’s brand management, worldwide marketing
communications, marketing sponsorships, community affairs, customer
research, and product and service development.
Prior to this position, she served as president of Song, the
airline’s low-fare air service. Joanne joined Song in 2003 as vice
president Marketing and Customers, where she responsible for marketing,
brand development, sales, in-flight service and airport customer
service. She was responsible for launching Song in April 2003 as a
unique and highly-differentiated new low-fare air service. This included
developing and implementing Song’s award-winning brand, product and
marketing strategy, as well as hiring in-flight and airport staff.
Prior to joining Delta, Joanne served in senior marketing and
planning positions at Reno Air, Midway Airlines and AMR Eagle, where her
experiences gave her invaluable knowledge about airline customer
service, network and routing, airport operations, in-flight service and
marketing.
Joanne graduated in 1982 from California Polytechnic State University
with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She is a native of
San Luis Obispo, California.

Wayne Aaron
Wayne Aaron is vice president - Corporate
Strategy and Business Development for Delta. Wayne began his Delta career in 1991 in Domestic Route Development.
In 1994 he joined Delta's Alliance Marketing team where he helped
develop and implement many of Delta's international code share
agreements. Over the years, he has held positions of increasing
responsibility, including director of Schedule Development, director of
Domestic Network Analysis and most recently, vice president - Corporate
Strategic Planning.
Wayne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from
Georgia Tech.

John Boatright
John
Boatright is vice president Corporate Real Estate and Sourcing Strategy
for Delta Air Lines. He is responsible for the acquisition, transfer and
administration of properties as well as design and construction
approvals and development of all on - off-airport properties. He will
also be responsible for creating long-term goals to expand and improve
Delta’s 300 airport locations, specifically its hubs in Atlanta,
Cincinnati, Salt Lake City and New York-JFK.
John, an industry veteran and former Delta leader, began his career
at Delta in 1972 as a Cargo service agent and served in various Delta
leadership positions for the next 31 years, including director
International Atlantic; director Facilities and director Airport and
Corporate Affairs. In 1996, John became Delta’s vice president
Properties and Facilities where he was responsible for the design and
construction of Delta facilities worldwide. John was then appointed vice
president Corporate Real Estate and Sourcing Strategy in 2001, a
position he served in before leaving Delta in 2003 to become President
of Boatright Aviation Consultants Inc. As President of Boatright
Aviation Consultants, John was Project Officer for the Hartsfield-
Jackson Development Program - a $6.2 billion capital improvement program
lead by the city of Atlanta. In 2006, he became president and CEO of
Americorp Holdings Inc., before returning to Delta as vice president
Corporate Real Estate in May 2007.
John graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1972 and received
his MBA from Mercer University in 1985. He is also a 1991 graduate of
Columbia University’s Executive International Management Program.
